4) You're now on a new screen.  Add the other course:

SPECIAL SITUATIONS
 

If a student who was admitted to UW before autumn quarter 2015 needs these requirements
    1) Go to SRF391 (or hit F10)
    2) Enter the student's number (if you haven't yet) and SEND
    3) Change the top line
          First quarter at the University of Washington: WIN 2013 OVERRIDE: AUT/2015
    4) SEND.
                     A new audit will always use the 2015 Honors Core requirements.
    Later, to make a quick check of how that student would stand on the old requirements
At the top of the 390 screen you see:

3) SEND.  That will reinsert the old Core--for this run only. Next time an audit is run, the new Core will reappear.

To change permanently back to the old, go to the 391 and change "1st Qtr at UW" back to the student's "real" quarter of admission.  (Actually, AUT/2009 is fine for all except PHYS majors: They must be exact.)
 

To use only one of two or more identical courses taken in the same quarter, e.g. HIST 399:
        1) If the psname ends in "-1" and you want to use the first one on the transcript, that'll work.
        2) If the psname ends in "-2" and you want to use the first two of three, that'll work.

        3) In other cases, write to dars@uw.edu, and we'll figure out some way to do it.
